Membership, Pool & Court Access Update

Hello to our Community!

 

The pool is scheduled, tentatively, to be open May 15th!

 

We’re making an important change this season to improve security and access.

 

By the time the pool opens, we will have:

• A keypad system for pool entry  

• A combo padlock for court access  

 

🔑 Your current key will NO LONGER work.

 

To receive the new access information, you MUST attend one of our scheduled membership drives. This ensures your membership is active so you can enjoy all our amenities this summer.

  • Saturday, April 25th from 10-12

  • Wednesday, May 6th from 4-6

 

Please plan ahead — we are all volunteers and will not be readily available for individual sign-ups outside of these scheduled times.

 

You must bring your badges if you were a member previously!

2026 Membership Drive Dates

Pool season is almost here! The pool is currently scheduled to open the week of May 18th. We’ll confirm the exact opening date soon. Look for the umbrellas UP!

 

To get ready for the season, please plan to come to one of the scheduled membership drive dates below to sign up for your 2026 membership. Our team is made up entirely of volunteers, so we kindly ask that members attend one of the scheduled times rather than requesting individual meetups.

 

Renewing members: please remember to bring your badges when you come.

 

You’ll also be able to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a FREE 2027 membership!


🎟️ Tickets are $10 each, and all proceeds go toward supporting the fun social events we host throughout the year.
The raffle drawing will take place at the final official membership drive.

🌶️ The North Landing Chili Cookoff Is Back! 🌶️

 

Get ready for a cozy evening of great food, fun, and friendly competition.

 

📅 When: Sunday, March 1, 2026
🕓 Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

 

Chili competitors: please arrive between 3:30 PM and 4:15 PM to set up.

Not cooking? No problem! Come taste, vote for your favorite chili, hang out with neighbors, and you can sign up for your 2026 HOA Membership.

 

North Landing will provide:


• Cheese
• Crackers

• Cornbread
• Sour cream
• Potatoes
• Hot dogs

 

Feel free to bring any special toppings or sides you love with your chili!

 

💲 Cost: $5 per person (ages 16 and up) for all-you-can-sample fun
🌟 Free for chili cooks — you’re the stars of the show!

 

Fantastic prizes and bragging rights await the top three contestants.


Plus, we’ll have a raffle for a 2027 full membership, with the winner announced at the final Membership Drive this summer.

Chili Cook-Off Today!

Chili Cook-Off Today! 🌶️

Join us Sunday from 4:30 to 6:30 PM to taste and vote for the best chili! Take a night off from cooking after winter break and enjoy some delicious food before the kids head back to school.

📍 $5 per adult (16+) – all proceeds go toward future social events!

🌭 Hot dogs and baked potatoes will also be available.

Let’s kick off 2025 together! Come reconnect with neighbors or meet new friends in the community.
