Membership in the North Landing Community allows use of our lighted tennis courts for individual enjoyment as well as team play.

North Landing tennis courts are open daily from 6am - 11pm.

TENNIS RULES
No food or glass containers are allowed inside the fenced area at any time.
No one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the court at any time, unless accompanied by an adult and actively participating in a game of tennis.
Occupants of the courts are required to display their North Landing badges and must wear soft soled tennis shoes.
North Landing may sponsor tennis teams for the benefit of members. It is the intent of North Landing that the roster for sponsored teams be composed of North Landing members. Recognizing that this is not always possible, North Landing may add non member players subject to the following guidelines:
A North Landing team may add outside players up to a maximum of no more than 50% of their roster.
Players added from outside must pay a fee of $20 per season, and this fee will be collected by the team captain of that particular team and given to the VP of membership to be deposited into the North Landing account. This fee needs to be given to that Board member by the end of that season.
Teams are actively required to recruit North Landing members each season before accepting members from outside North Landing.
Participation on a North Landing tennis team will end the same day the person's membership expires.
Membership on North Landing sponsored tennis team shall be open to all North Landing full members, unless rules of the sport prohibit membership (i.e. minimum age requirements). Should a member in good standing be denied membership on such a team in any manner, the Board shall immediately remove North Landing sponsorship of the team and the team shall not use North Landing facilities for its team activities.
No play other than tennis is allowed on the tennis courts.
No soccer, football or any other activity is allowed on the tennis courts.
No wheels of any type are allowed on the tennis courts. This includes but it not limited to skateboards, bicycles, skates, rollerblades, scooters, etc.
No pets are allowed on the tennis courts.
Teams not sponsored by North Landing may not use the courts without prior approval of the Board. This would include rain make-ups unless a North Landing member is actively playing in the match. North Landing sponsored teams would always have priority.
All team rosters must be submitted to the Membership Chair or Treasurer prior to the first match to ensure that all team members are current with their North Landing dues or outside player fees.
