North Landing will be celebrating the Fourth of July on Saturday, July 2nd at the pool (Rainout date is Sunday, July 3rd).
Cobb County Code Violations
Since North Landing does not have a Deed of Restrictions, it is up to the residents to maintain the subdivision as a place that we all want to live. Many of the eye sores are covered by the Cobb County Common Violations and should be reported directly to the Cobb County Code Enforcement Division at 770 528-2180. All calls remain anonymous.
The most common violations:
- Vehicles parked on the grass
- Junk cars
- Grass & weeds over 12”
- Vehicles parked on the street that restrict the safe flow of traffic are also covered. All vehicles parked on the street become the first target for thieves and vandals and take away from the pleasant appearance of the neighborhood.

Ice Cream Social Sunday, May 29th
With the opening of our pool, our North Landing Board and Social Committee would like to invite you to our Annual Ice Cream Social on Sunday, May 29th from 2-4pm. We will be serving free ice cream cones (or cups) to all those sweltering in the (soon to be) summer heat.
The Pool Will Open This Friday!
The pool passed inspection today, so we have the green light to open the pool this Friday, May 20th at 6am. Hope to see you there!

Homeowners Meeting on May 12th
Upcoming North Landing Homeowners Meeting: please join us at the Clubhouse on Thursday, May 12th at 7pm. We will be announcing when the pool will be opening for the season.
Membership Drive on April 30th, 2016
Our Board will be having a Membership Drive on Saturday, April 30th from 10am – 2pm.
And, because we have the best Social Committee around, on Saturday, the 30th they will be hosting their world renowned Pancake Breakfast from 9am - 12pm to coincide with the drive.
