Important Homeowners Meeting Monday, Dec. 11th @ 7pm at the Clubhouse!!!!

Below are some important questions to ask, because it is time to elect a new board and NO ONE new has yet to volunteer to be on the ballot.

So, what are YOU doing for your North Landing neighborhood?

Are you a part of the North Landing Dam Committee?

Will you be a part of the decision making with regards to the lake perimeter landscaping?

Are you volunteering on the Social Committee?

Do you help with the 4th of July preparations?

Are you a tennis team captain?

Do you help on grounds clean up days?

Do you help with the pool upkeep?

This current board has served for two years and solved most every problem known to exist in our community, not the least of which, was the re-building of our dam and fixing of our lake.

FYI:

The Board meets once a month as a committee and then quarterly to review and share news with it's members.

They are the guiding force that provides the vision of whats going to happen for the neighborhood.

The VP of Grounds is responsible for overseeing the maintaining of all the grounds and clubhouse.

The VP of Membership helps keep track of all the yearly memberships and their family information (ie, address, phone and email)

The Secretary documents meetings and posts notices for elections and submits paperwork as needed.

The Treasurer is responsible for handling all the finances and creating reports for meetings and compiling information for taxes.

and finally

The President is responsible for overseeing the board, helping create the vision and serving as the face of the neighborhood to outside entities.

(And so much more...)

Vicky phelps has emailed everyone 2 forms - one is the 2017 Ballot and the other is the 2017 Proxy.

Please consider placing your name on the ballot and submitting it any one of the 3 ways listed on the form

1.) Bringing it to the meeting,

2.) Placing it in the clubhouse mailbox by 6:30 pm on Monday, December 11, or by

3.) Completing the ballot and then completing the proxy form and giving both to a member who will be attending the board meeting.

It is time for new members to step up and help keep North Landing moving forward!!!!!

Fourth of July Events

Dear North Landing Neighborhood,

It's that time of year when we would've been due to have our infamous July 4th celebratory bash (on July 1st), complete with Children's and Pets Parade, Bring a Dish to Pass luncheon.

But fear not.... there is still hope that we can still celebrate a wonderful day... we just need your help to make that happen.

We want to have the Children's and Pets Parade at 10:00 am and the "Bring a Dish to Share" luncheon from 2:00-4:00 pm.

And to top all that off, our board has made arrangements to have a live band, Blind Fate, performing from 4:00-8:00 pm

This will all take place on Saturday, July 1st - there is no rain date for these events.

These events take time & organization though, so we will need volunteers to step up & help.

Please consider helping by contacting either:
